Subtleties of the San Antonio Hit-and-Runs

Per MySA, the primary accident happened around 10:30 pm Friday, August 30, when a pickup struck a bicyclist at Verifiable Roadway 90 and San Joaquin Road crossing point. The driver ran away from the area without delivering help to the person in question. The bicyclist was hospitalized in essential condition; luckily, his condition has settled since the impact.

Another passerby was struck and killed Tuesday, September 3, not long before 10:00 pm. In that accident, the walker was passing through the intersection of Culebra Street and North Broad McMullen Drive on the city’s Westside when he was struck and killed by a pickup. Once more, the truck driver neglected to pause and deliver help. Police are looking for the two drivers, who will probably have to deal with penalties upon capture.
