Understanding Wrong-Way Accidents in Phoenix

Sadly, wrong-way crashes in Arizona are not uncommon. The Arizona Department of Transportation (ADOT) has reported multiple incidents of wrong-way drivers in recent years, many of which end in fatalities. Such crashes are extremely catastrophic since most head-on impacts occur at high speed.

Victims of wrong-way accidents often suffer:

  • Severe injuries requiring long-term medical care
  • Emotional trauma and PTSD
  • Financial burdens from medical bills and lost wages
  • Life-altering consequences for families who lose loved ones

When negligence, reckless driving, or impaired driving leads to tragedy, legal action may be necessary to ensure justice for the victims and their families.
